Investor Charter in respect of Research Analyst (RA)
We are committed to protecting investor interests, maintaining transparency, and ensuring fair practices in compliance with SEBI regulations.

B. Details of business transacted by the Research Analyst with respect to the investors
- To publish research report based on the research activities of the RA
- To provide an independent unbiased view on securities.
- To offer unbiased recommendation, disclosing the financial interests in recommended securities.
- To provide research recommendation based on analysis of publicly available information.
- To conduct audit annually.
- To ensure all advertisements comply with the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
- To maintain records of interactions with clients and prospective clients.
C. Details of services provided to investors
Onboarding of Clients
- Sharing of terms and conditions of research services
- Completing KYC of fee-paying clients
Disclosure to Clients
- To disclose material information for informed investment decisions.
- To disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence tools in providing research services.
- To disclose conflicts of interest related to research activities.
- To distribute research reports without discrimination.
- To maintain confidentiality before publication of reports.
- To respect data privacy rights of clients.
- To disclose service timelines and ensure adherence.
- To provide clear caution notices for complex and high-risk products.
- To treat all clients with honesty and integrity.
- To ensure confidentiality of client information.
D. Details of grievance redressal mechanism and how to access it
- Investors can lodge complaints against the Research Analyst.
- Complaints will be addressed within 21 days.
- Complaints may also be filed on SCORES 2.0
- Two-level review system: RAASB review followed by SEBI review.
- Investors may use SMARTODR platform for arbitration or conciliation.

Don’ts
- Do not provide funds directly to the Research Analyst.
- Don’t fall for misleading advertisements.
- Avoid limited-period discount traps.
- Never share bank, trading, or demat passwords.
